I am the Chichele Professor of Social and Political Theory at All Souls College, Oxford. I completed my BPhil and DPhil in Philosophy at Oxford, and before that I did a BA at Yale. I work on topics in epistemology, social and political philosophy, the history and theory of feminism, and metaphilosophy. My book, The Right to Sex: Feminism in the Twenty-First Century, was a Sunday Times bestseller, and I am currently at work on a book on critical genealogy.
