I am a Senior Research Fellow. I principally work on English Renaissance Literature, but have wide interests in European literatures of all periods. I have edited the complete non dramatic works of Shakespeare, Ben Jonson and John Marston and am writing the Elizabethan volume of the Oxford English Literary History, of which I am general editor
