Natural Sciences
All Souls has been the home of a number of distinguished scientists in the past, including Sir Christopher Wren (an astronomer and a founder of the Royal Society, as well as a famous architect), Thomas Linacre (founder of the Royal College of Physicians), E. B. Ford (ecological genetics), Dennis Sciama (cosmology), and Richard Dalitz (particle theory). Of our current scientists, three are Senior Research Fellows, three are Emeritus Fellows, three are Post-Doctoral Research Fellows, and there is a University post in astrophysics attached to the College.
